UAW, C.E.A.S.E. & Smith Mullin to Hold Press Conference Tomorrow, Noon in Trenton, NJ

New Jersey – The UAW, the Casino Employees Against Smoking’s (Harmful) Effects (C.E.A.S.E.) and Smith Mullin of Montclair will hold a press conference tomorrow, April 5^th at 12 p.m., on the steps of the Mercer County Civil Courthouse in Trenton, NJ. 

The press conference will discuss a lawsuit, filed tomorrow, on behalf of the Atlantic City casino workers represented by the UAW and C.E.A.S.E. NJ.

Speakers will include:

• Ray Jensen Jr. – Region 9 Asst. Director, UAW
• Daniel Vicente – Region 9 Director, UAW
• Congressman Andy Kim – NJ 3^rd Congressional District
• Nancy Erika Smith Esq. – Smith Mullin

Additionally, there will be a video presentation from Shawn Fain, President of the UAW.
